The point of this post is to show how even those who don't believe in the spiritual world are affected by it, whether they realize it or not. There really is nothing new under the sun! The pagan religions worship demons and demons are behind excessive drinking and partying...the whole secular/worldly lifestyle that draws its inspiration from not merely humanism, but the devil. Drinking in moderation is fine; Jesus Himself drank wine. The wine in the New Testament probably didn't have a high level of alcohol in it and Jesus certainly didn't drink to get drunk. This blog is mainly referring to the worldly style of consuming alcohol and the lifestyle that comes along with it and not just drinking or celebrations in general.
